Process Engineer
Our client is a leading developer and manufacturer of carbon nanotubes and carbon nanotube hybrid materials.
They need a Process Engineer to drive scale up of selected, highly challenging processes, implement novel process approaches in the areas of catalyst synthesis and optimization.
The Process Engineer works closely with an R&D team to transfer and scale new processes and products
Responsibilities:
? Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and work flows to identify areas that could benefit from change and improvement? Search for best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality results? Develop and implement metrics to monitor and validate performance of innovative processes? Perform statistical analysis of data and interpret results to ensure highly rigorous assessment and validation of proposed new processes and equipment? Participate actively to ensure maintenance of ISO-9001:
2015 certification? Ensure processes and equipment are consistent with safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
? Carry out technical evaluation of intellectual property topics as part of the applications development with nanomaterials Recommended Skills Maintenance Manufacturing Metrics Occupational Safety And Health Innovation Regulatory Compliance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
