Concierge must answer and screen all incoming calls and take messages as appropriate.
Concierge must assist and engage Residents and family members.
We are seeking outstanding people to fill our evening and weekend shifts.
Concierge will update daily logs.
Qualifications and Skills Preferred experience with answering phones in a customer service facing environment.
Computer literate with good typing skills.
Excellent listening and verbal skills, and effective communicator.
