Warehouse Associate Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Receive, label, and organize stock and job-specific products in inventory management software (Zoho) and warehouse.
Accept and inspect deliveries for damage and compare deliveries with purchase orders for completeness.
Communicate delivery errors and be solution focused.
Mark and label stock.
Maintain inventory logs and records.
Track, organize and reconcile all warehouse inventory.
Inspect job material surplus and determine inventory or scrap.
Manage Company tools and equipment.
Fleet Management:
Tracks and facilitates vehicle maintenance, manages vehicle turnover process.
Perform facility maintenance and improvement projects, as needed.
Manage deliveries to job sites.
Ensure clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
Help meet job timeline targets.
Reduce operating expenses where possible.
Strive to better internal processes by updating them as needed as Company grows.
Embrace and maintain software programs.
Maintain cordial working relationships with vendors and team members.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong Foundational Knowledge - Job requires understanding purchasing functions, inventory, supply management systems, Company workflow.
Software Proficiency - Job requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and all relevant purchasing software.
Integrity - Job requires being honest and ethical.
Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail, organized and thorough in completing tasks.
Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable and to fulfill obligations.
Availability to work extended hours.
Ability to maintain solid attendance.
