Seeks the right person to bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-starter to facilitate continued growth of the company.
Must be well organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills.

Seeking candidate to work 25 hours per week, can be Mother's Hours, e.
g.
9am-2pm or 10am-3pm.
Can be flexible for right candidate.
Benefits not available due to part-time status Duties:
Answers phones (light volume) throughout the day, responding to customer questions and/or directing calls appropriately Becomes familiar with product part numbers to assist in managing calls Matches account payable and vendor invoices to purchase orders/receipts, verifies information and purchase order terms and conditions, prices, quantity, discounts, and other items.
Investigates and resolves discrepancies.
Manages customer accounts, OEM and private label accounts both electronically and paper files, including sales reporting, monthly commission reports, managing and keeping up to date customer contact information.
Maintaining and ordering office and break room supplies, as needed Assists with HR functions via PayChex, maintains handbook updates, timecard tracking and new hire onboarding Responsible for all QuickBooks functions including:
A/R & A/P reconciliation - will work closely with controller at parent company to process Enter vendor bills from received inventory Reconciling bank and credit card statements Record customer payments Creates sales order from customer purchase orders, converts sales orders to invoices Manages all customer payment and shipping terms, emails invoices after product ships Skills &
Experience:
QuickBooks Enterprise - Proficiency Required - A MUST HAVE Microsoft Word & Excel - Famliarity Required 3
years' experience in managing multiple aspects of office administration Office 365 - SharePoint platform a plus Sales experience a plus but not necessary - no direct sales in this role Job Type:
