We are a one-stop shop that provides high quality bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services to small businesses.
Candidates for this position must also have bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities - Perform payroll processing tasks such as calculating wages, deductions, and overtime hours by entering payroll into payroll software.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and tax in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in bookkeeping duties including reconciling accounts.
- Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to track financial transactions and generate reports.
