We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Office Worker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task between phone and emails conversing with our customers and entering in orders as they come in, along with answering any questions they may have.
Duties:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails Putting orders in over the phone, via email, and in person with customers Managing schedules, times, and appointments Coordinate and assist with helping customers plan their event Learning the knowledge of all of our product so you are able to answer customer questions Provide excellent customer service skills Perform order entry using our computer software Requirements:
- Ability to assist in event planning activities - Strong customer service skills for effective client interactions - Capability to provide personal assistant support to executives Job Type:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location:
